Problems Getting Pregnant

If you’ve been trying to get pregnant and are getting concerned something may be wrong, check in with your Care Team at Women First. While it can take a few months to conceive, if you’ve tried over a year before the age of 35, or more than six months at 35 and over, it’s a good idea to visit your provider. Your provider can help find out if there is any reason for you to have problems getting pregnant, and if so, recommend options for addressing the issue. Some health conditions that can impede your ability to conceive include Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), thyroid disease, a variety of lifestyle factors, and anatomical structure, to name just a few. Women First can recommend a variety of ways to encourage ovulation and address any treatable conditions.
